My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and very modern, equipped with one of the best bathrooms I've ever seen, featuring both a bathtub and a shower. The service was top-notch with professional and friendly staff attending to every need. The location was fantastic, right in the city center next to the old boerse, making it easy to explore the historic center of Leipzig. The dining experience was excellent, with attentive staff and delicious offerings. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel room was lovely, a lot bigger than expected, stylish, and comfortable, but the check-in was slow, and room service was sub-standard taking 1.5 hours. However, the challenge in communication with the front desk dampened the experience.
